  印刷装帧都非常精致的一本书，图片清晰精美，最有趣的是剑鱼的那页，第一次翻到以为鱼嘴只印了一半，没想到再往前翻，发现鱼嘴另一半在反面，无缝连接了。分类细致，海鲜肉类蔬菜香料奶制品等等，能想到的没有找不到的。无奈人类毕竟是可怕的杂食动物，能入馔的食材难以穷尽。不过漏收了豆腐是不是不应该？
